The first meeting
In our first meeting we introduce ourselves, you can ask questions about the therapeutic method, you can also talk about your needs and more.
In this first meeting we will also agree on the value of the sessions, note that the first meeting is free of charge.
We will also decide together which frequency is right for you.
Each session lasts 50 - 60 minutes.
Sessions take place online, individually at a previously scheduled time.
How I work
Jungian therapy is not rigid, it does not have a defined path, the process is carried out according to your needs. It's important that you feel free to talk about whatever you want and feel. We will walk together, exploring both outer and inner life, working to recognize feelings, behaviors, and situations that cause suffering in your life. I aim to better understand the metaphorical meanings of psychological and somatic expressions while helping you access your internal resources.
Working with verbal and non-verbal techniques, my analytic practice involves working with dreams, images, symbols, fairy tales, artistic expressions, and when necessary, silence. I consider all these elements important therapeutic tools.
